COVID Return to Play and Air Quality Protocol - October 16, 2020
COVID-19
We all are longing to return to training and competitions. The longer our players stay inactive the more fitness and touch they will lose. However, we must all do what is in the best interest of player safety and abide by Alameda County guidelines.

OSC requirements for training during Covid-19
- Players should train independently at home or at athletic fields whenever possible and focus on fitness and technical skills.
- Any players who are training in groups MUST be registered with OSC and the league so they are covered by our insurance policy.

OSC requirements for training during Covid-19
- Training must be 15 or less youth and not more than 2 adults
- If more than one group is at one facility, each group shall be in a separate area and shall not mix with each other
- Players and Staff shall wear a face mask
- Provide and use hand sanitizer for staff and players before and after training session
- Staff shall take temperature of all coaches and players
- Use a no touch thermometer
- Record results in a log
- Result of 100º or more may not participate
- Players or staff who feel sick or display symptoms shall not participate and should remain home
- Coaches are encouraged to separate players as much as possible and maintain 6’ distance
- Work on technical skills in individual grids
- Work on passing and moving from and into different grid areas
- Parents and spectators MUST wear face masks and remain at least 6’ distance from all persons
